The Sales team uses the Maddox App to create and manage the sales quote document lifecycle. This includes creating quotes, sending quotes to customers, and recording customer responses.

Customer responses can only be recorded on quotes that have been authorized.
Searching for historical quotes
To search for historical quotes, you can use either the global search bar or the search bar on the /quotes page.
